Dick Vinyard has recruited more than 500 people during his 35+-year career, 150 of whom have been executive level people. Vinyard has been in the advertising agency business his entire career - first with D'Arcy, then Ted Bates & Co., then DDB. He founded and managed his own agency - Vinyard & Lee & Partners - which, after 20 years, was sold to a larger agency. Vinyard understands the responsibilities of marketing, advertising, promotion and public relations positions.
