Jim DeVoe has been in senior management positions with major agencies and corporations. As Sr. VP at NW Ayer, he totally reorganized staffing on the GM account which involved terminations and many new hires. Then as VP Advertising for RCA Consumer Electronics, he eliminated certain functions, added others and had extensive experience with recruiting, outsourcing, etc. As VP Marketing at Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Jim restructured brand and retail advertising teams which involved him in extensive personnel changes, recruiting, etc. He then returned to the agency world as Pres. & CEO of the Jayme Organization, a 110-person firm in Cleveland where he brought in a new Exec. Creative Director and several other key people.
