On retainer, each job search is negotiated on an individual basis due to the uniqueness of each search. We receive a commission which is a percentage of the first year's base salary of the candidate you hire through us. Our commission rates for both contingency and retained searches are highly competitive with that of other recruiters in the advertising and marketing fields. Our formula for retained searches is less complicated than that of our competitors yet equally, if not more, productive.
